Waking up to the heavenly aroma of Linda's homemade breakfast was a true standout. The inviting atmosphere made us feel like part of her family throughout our stay.

Though we loved our time, only staying two nights felt too short—next time, we’ll plan for longer!

My recent stay felt quite disappointing. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, as I noticed dust accumulating in various corners. Additionally, the noise from the street outside disrupted my sleep, making the experience less enjoyable than expected.

Wi-Fi reception in some rooms can be an absolute nuisance!!! Narrow shower/tub setup makes for an uncomfortable bathing experience that definitely needs addressing!!!

The stay at Meadows Inn was exceptional. The innkeeper, Linda, was incredibly welcoming and attentive to my business needs. The room was impeccably clean and equipped with all necessary amenities, which made my work easier. The location was perfect for accessing local restaurants and shops without needing transportation. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delicious array of homemade dishes including fresh baked goods and gourmet coffee.

We had a wonderful experience staying in the spacious family suite on the top floor. Linda made us feel at home, and we enjoyed exploring the beautiful waterfront park nearby. Maps for guided tours were available, which made our stay even more enjoyable with the kids!

My kids wished for a bigger game area for more fun.

This cozy place is perfect for me! I enjoy the cute staff, great coffee, and the peaceful atmosphere. On my first stay, they helped me retrieve important documents I left behind. I’ll keep coming back for a city break.

we had a wonderful two-night stay here. it completely exceeded our expectations after a previous visit to new bern. everything from the spacious two-bedroom suite to the delicious homemade breakfasts made us feel like we were at home.

meadows inn was a lovely place for our getaway. we enjoyed the queen room which was beautifully decorated. the breakfast each day was delicious and made by linda, who was such a great host. The location was perfect. we parked the car and walked to all the local shops and waterfront.

The location here is fantastic, just a short walk to union point park with its stunning views and only a few steps from great dining options like the bistro, making it perfect for weekend strolls through the city. the cozy atmosphere really made us feel at home. but it would be nice if the Wi-Fi connectivity was a bit more reliable.

The setting was perfect for a family trip! We had the entire 3rd floor to ourselves, lots of space for the kids, and everything was clean. Plus, the location made it easy to explore the downtown shops and riverside. Loved how welcoming Linda was. she always made time to help us with tips on where to visit!

Honestly, if I’m nitpicking, I could’ve crushed more of Linda’s blueberry cobbler. It was that good! But really, everything shined here.

The peaceful garden area and inviting porch were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a minor note, the parking spaces are a bit tight, but it didn't take away from our wonderful experience! 😊
